Solar deity

This figure is more than a mere candle possessor, she has lightened times of glory and times of despair. From the moment I bunny-hopped over the trash can in front of the garage sale where I was persuaded to purchase her, to this day. She lightens the books I read, to the hordes of people crammed in my room, this private little sun goddess has kept a smile on my face and a light upon the empty for a sheer 50 cents and a boot of gracious persuasion. Here she sits on my roof candless after a warm night sleeping on my roof during Mill Valley's extended Indian summer.

Rainy Day Shred

On this rainy day mash down Mount Tamalpais Peter Lucas and I experimented with the GO-Pro helmet cam for the firs time. We didn't angle the cam to hot so we only got a couple shots of me eating the tsunami like trails and riding through caliper high puddles. Expect a beautiful soundtrack by mother nature with quick busts of Peter Bra-a-a-a-ping in the background. Long live mud'n short shorts.

Natalia
She is it.

How to ride a bike

Foot say more shred in shoe.
Foot like speed.
Speed say to foot more dirt.
Shoe no like dirt.
For shoe get dirt-e.
Shoe gains speed.
Speed joins shoe.
Foot is within shoe.
Shred appears.
The shoe becomes dirt-e.

Chico Skatepark Self Edit from brian raphael on Vimeo.

Over in your party capital of Chico, California you may find Brian Raphael filming saucy self edits such as these at the local skatepark, rather than becoming delusional and impaired at the house party next door. Brian keeps it real with some good ol' organic fun and a solo ride with his trusty stead.

Panic in The Other Pipe

Choking Victim

Here's a tasty one from Choking Victim.

Solar Powered Beats

Sean Terra is a long term friend of mine who I lost contact with for a couple of years, recently he called me informing me he attained a home in the "Sunset" district of San Fransisco 2 blocks from Ocean Beach. The next day I pedaled to the west-side of SF and we ended up tossing throwing stars in his yard for a couple hours and lettin the greenery invade our veins. Sean is a dude of utter oddity, a man of loud music, quirky bike riding, vulgar humor and dancing feet. If your interested in synthesizers and distorted sounds check his tunes out here. I shot this photo of Sean in his bedroom along with a dreaded homie in the full lotus position.
Every time you think your thinking, your just looking down.

Zig Zag

Here's a raw edit of my homie Peter Lucas shralping one of Mount Tamalpais's many lush technical singletracks. As a wee lad in 6th grade I got caught by a park ranger riding this trail and ended up going to juvenile hall and a paying a minor fine (fucking ridiculous). Yet now that trail obeservations are at a low for park budget reasons, the singletrack is open for highspeed shredding. Watch and enjoy this helmet cam footage of Peter making it down in roughly 2 minutes and 40 seconds.

Sasquatch Canyon

End of Summersquatch from Least Most on Vimeo.

The Least Most hosted a sweet n'tasty video of the guys over at Sasquatch Canyon unleashing the wrath of northern Califronia shredding and celebrating the end of summer. If your interested in a stylish T- shirt featuring a sasquatch holding a shovel with party-like tendencies go over to Sasquatch Canyon and get rad.

Hollistic Deviance

The Warlocks

Originally The Grateful Dead was known as "The Warlocks" in 1964 until late 1965 when The officially changed their name to the "Grateful Dead". Now almost 35 years later a new band comes along and snags the name, yet with no disappointment for their music is candy to the ears. Oddly enough this song always reminds me of Chase Hawk's Section in Electronical and Jack Bool's high speed driving.Enjoy and pedal hard!

Climbing in Your Window

This is a photo of my homie Quoc co-owner of Mt.Tam Bikes, speedster on the trails, high five specialist, and all around groovy dude. At the time I shot this photo was between shuttle runs on some of the most lush, fast, downhill singletrack Downieville has to offer.( topping out at 33 mph) The ride was incredible thanks to Quoc's hospitality and letting a gang of hoodlums stay at his cabin and shuttle up and down the mountain with a bountiful amount of smiling faces. Thanks for the good times Quoc and many more to come.

Thighs of The Day

tantalize
If you don't know where your going ANY road will take you there.

Wicket

Wicket W. Warrick is a loyal and adventurous young Ewok who is aspiring to become a warrior. He was eager to grow up and often went wandering far beyond the village in resentment of being a Wokling, not being able to attend hunts and expeditions with the elders. After being banished from performing Ewok rituals under Logray's Supervision he grew the nerve and convinced the elders to join the Alliance and defeat the AT-ST in "The Battle of Endor". This lead Wicket to become The Lead Warrior of Endor.

Dirt Bros in Africa

Dirt Bros in AFRICA from Dirt Bros on Vimeo.

Vic Murphy and John Andru shralp the streets of Kampala, Uganda and shred the ONLY skatepark in all of Uganda. Vic and John keep their fun-o-meters at an all time high as they chat with the "friendly" authorities and spread smiles to the Uganda locals with their bicycle magic. A giant cyber five goes out to Vic Murphy for keeping his tables tops as rad as possible.
