Here's a classic for all you twat-fools out there. Elizabeth Cotton wrote this song around 1908 when she was about 13 years old after saving up to buy her own guitar she revolutionized the alternating bass style of playing. Where she would play a right handed guitar upside down and play the bass strings with her fingers and the melodies with her thumb. Her wamwam style of playing is known now most commonly as "cotton picking." Enough with my brief history lesson. Click play and ENJOY!!!
